In this directory, you will find the CELL library.  CELL is the CIP/Ethernet
Library for Linux - a communications library to facilitate communications
between a Linux based PC and an Allen Bradley ControlLogix Programmable
Logic Controller (PLC).

CELL is licensed under the GNU LGPL and is copyrighted by it's author - Ron
Gage.  You are free to do with CELL as you wish as far as implementation. 
The LGPL however does require that if you make any upgrades to the CELL
library, those changes are to be returned to me for inclusion in the
library.
